Apply the gel to a freshly cleansed and exfoliated skin and massage in upward and outward strokes. You may add water. Let it stay on the skin for 5 to 6 minutes. This gel can be applied twice a week. In case of skin that is damaged due to excessive sun exposure, this gel can be used every alternate day to combat free radicals that cause skin oxidation
